In 1998 NASA just send a binarycode message to space waiting for someone to reply. Since that moment scientist were waiting and for some of them it was a wasting of time.

Nevertheless, in 2002 in England appear in two different crop farms, pictures of an alien holding something like a disc with a binary code in it, nasa scientist were skeptics to this... until one of them just decode the message.
